Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

At the Company we conduct our business with integrity, transparency and fairness. We are committed to the prevention of slavery and human trafficking in our business and in our supply chains. We procure goods and services in a sustainable and ethical manner in compliance with our values and relevant law and policy, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

We do not accept slavery or human trafficking in our business, and we will not work with others in our supply chain who do not share our commitment to preventing slavery and human trafficking.

Our business and supply chains

The Company has a network of experienced multi-unit franchise operators that respond to the global consumer audience. All of the Company’s brands have been chosen and developed to offer quality and innovation to a diverse and discerning global audience.

The Company is headquartered in Scotland. The Company operates in several jurisdictions, including in the UK, Europe and North America.

Our supply chains include the following:

  1. Food and Beverage. The Company source raw materials from local suppliers to source high-quality ingredients. The Company can adapt menus in our network to fit the local supply chain and aim to meet demands for sustainability. The Company also uses centralised logistics to ensure that the products are consistent across the brand. In addition, The Company provides franchise support to promote brand consistency.
  2. Construction Materials. The Company maintains an approved list of construction contractors from which our Franchise Partners can select an organisation to instruct.

Due diligence in our supply chains

We have reviewed and will continue to review our central list of suppliers. We will adjust our plans accordingly (following review) and continuously collaborate with others to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in any part of our supply chain or our business.
